Instructions: The tool is developed for pseudocyst prediction in patients with their first-time diagnosis of chronic pancreatitis (CP). Please enter the etiology of CP, history of smoking, steatorrhea, severe acute pancreatitis, pancreatic stone before the diagnosis of CP. The 3-year, 5-year and 10-year incidence of pseudocysts will be calculated.
